Based on the architect drawings we went to tender and selected Rawlinson Construction as our builder. We were impressed with their high level of professionalism, demonstrated capability, on site organisation and very tidy sites. They provided a detailed and credible quote - Ric and Joe listened carefully to our requirements and gave us confidence they could do the complete job and stick to the agreed budget.

Ric, Joe and their team were on site and working by 7.30am every day, and with good sized teams made rapid progress. The various trades took a pride in their work and completed the project to very high standards and tight timescales, working together where dependencies were critical. We had a very close working relationship with Rawlinsons with us being on site most days. This helped the build stay on track with the many decisions for the trade workers made well in advance.

From start of demolition of the old house to completion and being ready to fit carpets and move in took just over 12 months. This was remarkable and demonstrated the level of planning and attention to detail throughout the build.

We are very settled in our new home. We enjoyed the experience and would recommend Rawlinson Construction if you are planning to undertake a major build project.
