Stoneyflats Farm at Smallwood

The project encompassed the development of a new family home in a traditional style, which replaced an existing farmhouse and farm buildings. It required a comprehensive redesign of the site, with particular attention to the new dwelling, stables, ménage, and farm storage barn. The finished structures were meticulously crafted using hand-made brick and featuring stone accents, providing a touch of Georgian influence to the front facade to emulate the original dwelling. It has been inspiring and fulfilling to contribute to this project.

The Maples, Cranage

Rawlinson construction are proud to add The Maples to there ever expanding new build portfolio, another quality project delivered to our client in the heart of Cheshire.


Beechwood Farm is a Rawlinson Construction new build development.

After demolishing the existing farmhouse we built this stunning 5 bedroom energy efficient timber frame home using York handmade brick and cast stone for a truly classic finish.

Lostock Gralam. Rawlinson Construction won the project to deliver this high end, new build home with a set of major requirements requested by the clients. It boasts a 9 metre sliding door with views over the Cheshire countryside, audio visual electrics, high end bathrooms and resident 9 windows. A cinema room and handmade kitchen by Heatherington Newman ltd really give this home the 'wow' factor.


Single storey oak frame extension with new downstairs showeroom , home office and gym. New Landscaping and driveway in York stone paving. 

Remodelling of existing driveway and new boundary walls, kitchen extension with underfloor heating and sandstone retaining walls. All completed in house by Rawlinson construction.

Having had home extensions previously where we were left less than impressed by builders not matching our reasonable expectations, we found ourselves searching for a new builder to build our dream home. 

 We spoke to a number of firms but Rawlinson’s enthusiasm shone through and that enthusiasm for our project never wavered. The plan was signed, timeframe agreed and despite shocking weather the lads arrived when they said and worked tirelessly. Their high standards and attention to detail cannot be overstated and is evident in every corner of our new home.

Now we’ve moved in we wouldn’t change a thing and we feel eternally grateful to Ric & Joe and the whole team. We also thank our lucky stars that we chose Rawlinson Construction.

Patient, professional, reliable and always on hand

I would like to say a big thank you to Joe and the team for transforming my house into a lovely home. From my first meeting with Joe nothing was too much trouble. The extension and renovation work was carried out to a very high standard and if we hit any problems along the way solutions were found immediately

My project involved the building of a single storey kitchen/dining/living area extension, decorating, re-wiring, complete re-plastering, bathroom, loft boarding - basically everything in the house needed doing! 

 Joe and the team were patient, professional, reliable and always on hand to give advice. This is the first time I have taken on a project of this kind and what could have been a daunting experience was made a lot easier by using Rawlinsons - I can highly recommend them!
